3、 Main features:

1. Supervised monitoring sampling: The product has multiple automatic sampling modes such as timed and quantitative, timed and quantitative, and timed and proportional. It can collect a certain amount of water quality samples according to the set time and flow rate rules, achieving the function of supervised monitoring sampling;

2. Environmental Enforcement - Over limit Sample Retention Function: The product can be seamlessly integrated into the pollution source online monitoring system. When the online monitoring system samples, the sampler synchronously draws water and saves the sample to the buffer water tank in the refrigeration room, and waits for the online monitoring system's over limit instruction. If the analyzer's measurement value exceeds the standard, the sampler collects the sample from the buffer water tank into a sampling bottle and empties the buffer water tank; If the measured value of the analyzer does not exceed the standard, directly drain the buffer water tank.

3. Environmental Law Enforcement - Remote Sampling Function: The product can achieve random sampling function through remote control on the platform. In this mode, sampling information such as bottle number, sampling volume, and sampling time can be remotely specified.

4. Parallel sample collection function: The product can achieve parallel sample collection function, providing double retention samples for enterprises and regulatory units.

5. Data recording and transmission function: The product can record and upload information such as the time, amount, triggering method, and bottle number of each sampling to the platform; It has the function of storing historical data, automatically saving set parameters, and not losing them when powered off.

6. Access control function: The product has electronic access control function, which can only be opened and operated by supervisory personnel holding corresponding access cards for sample collection; This unit is capable of uploading access control opening information (including opening and closing time and access card information) to the platform through the control unit.

7. Sample storage function: meets the requirements of HJ493-2009, the sample is stored in the dark and refrigerated, with a temperature control range of 4 ± 2 ℃; The sampling bottle is compatible with both PE and glass bottles and can be flexibly configured; In addition, the product can extend the function of automatically adding preservatives.

8. Video unit (optional): After personnel activate the system access control, it can trigger video shooting and upload relevant personnel image information.

9. The instrument has a high degree of intelligence and is equipped with real-time network communication interfaces RS232 and RS485. It accepts information from the upper computer or designated control device, enabling remote sampling, setting, execution, and response functions;

10. When the instrument performs a single sampling, the sampling amount and number of sampling bottles can be freely set, providing higher flexibility;

11. The sampling bottles can be 18 disposable bottles with a capacity of 500mL commonly used by the Environmental Protection Bureau to avoid secondary pollution. Alternatively, 24 reusable polyethylene bottles with a capacity of 1L or 500ml glass bottles can be selected. The sampling bottles are arranged in a fan-shaped manner in a circular box, with a compact structure and a large sampling volume;

12. The cache tank has high pressure resistance, is easy to observe and clean from the instrument, has a smooth inner wall, no residual liquid accumulation, and is built into the refrigerator for low-temperature storage, ensuring that the sampling water does not deteriorate;

13. The sampling structure design is tight, the sampling and filling action is accurate and stable, the pipeline design is novel, and the back blowing design before and after sampling is adopted. The sampling pipeline has no residual sewage liquid, ensuring that the sample is pollution-free and authentic;
